Beginner's Yoga

This is a much slower paced, hot Vinyasa Flow class that takes time to answer questions, demonstrate and teach you the poses and show you how to find your balance and get your grounding. As you progress with this class you will feel more confident and comfortable to step into the Power Flow classes and bring your Practice to a new level of workout. As always, listen to your body and go at your own pace. Drink lots of water before, during and after class.
Power Yoga

This class was made for the experienced yogi who is looking to build core strength, overall body toning, strengthening and endurance by integrating focused breathing with flowing and powerful asanas. This class will leave you feeling empowered and uplifted and ready to take on your day with mental clarity, physical stamina and overall well being. This class requires lots of water before, during and after to stay properly hydrated and also to get the most benefit from it's wonderful detoxifying affect on the body.
Chair Yoga For Seniors

If yo u are looking for a full-length class of chair yoga, this is absolutely perfect. Seema gently strengthens and stretches the whole body, all while seated in a chair. It's perfect for seniors or people with a disability.
